I was blown away by the luxurious two-story room with a massive bathtub and stunning view of the old city, making it a fantastic stay. The service was exceptional, beyond my expectations, and the location was like a private paradise in the bustling city. The dining experience was tasty, although a bit slow at times.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable overlooking the street. A bit noisy but of great quality. The service was exceptional; the staff talked loudly in the kitchen but were all very friendly, welcoming, funny, kind, and helpful, willing to take picture after picture of us. The location is on one of the prettiest streets in the walled city, quiet even though overlooking the street, felt like our own private paradise above the busy streets in the daytime, fantastic. The dining experience was perfect to start the day with a wide range of options and great fresh juices in a to-go container. The world-famous seasoned fries were a delightful treat. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The rooms were incredibly spacious and elegant, boasting sky-high ceilings and a massive king size bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud, but the smell could have been improved, and the lack of windows for natural light was a downside. The service was outstanding, with staff who were extremely helpful and well-connected around the city. The location was perfect for exploring as it was like our own private paradise above the bustling streets of the Old City, but the dark rooms due to no windows and some noise from the reception area was a slight inconvenience. Dining was excellent, especially the fresh seafood offerings, and the facilities were top-notch.
